- I rode the first class "Gran Class" on Japan's bullet train (shinkansen). Take the Hokuriku Shinkansen Kagayaki from Tokyo Station to Kanazawa Station, then the Limited Express Thunderbird from Kanazawa Station to Wakura Onsen Station, with my final destination being Onsen Ryokan Kagaya, the best japanese-style hotel in Japan.
