By not attempting any deburring on the last stone and the minimal amount of stropping, I would be surprised if you weren't leaving on a substantial burr when completed. I know it cuts printer paper, but the burr would do that.
Have the same hapstones you suggested. Just changing from KME. Do you raise the 150 stone on edge slightly to "cut" the heel initially? I didnt.and ended up with a "divot" in the edge from the opposite edge of the 150 stone. TIA
