- We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at Leaky Cauldron during our trip to Universal Studios in Orlando. The Harry Potter Restaurants in both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure were by far our favorite restaurants when it came to theming, ambiance, food and value. The apple oatmeal flan sounds intriguing… so many cool options! So fun that you got to go there for so many meals! Looks like amazing ambiance!
We really enjoyed the Harry Potter restaurants the most! Unique food and theming. An interesting note is that you cannot get soft drinks in Harry Potter world at all, so if you are a soda fan, you are out of luck. They don’t serve “ Muggle drinks” in those restaurants. Lol!
How late are they open at Leaky Cauldron to eat dinner? That’s the meal we want to go when we are there in August. Don’t know how early they close in August ?? Also same for Three Broomsticks. Did you go there?
@@marilynhummer4581 The hours of operation totally vary by day. You can look up the hours when it gets closer to your trip. The restaurant hours depend on the park hours, which can change from day to day. Luckily, you don’t have to make reservations to eat there.
When we went, the park hours were much shorter. Sometimes the park didn’t open until 9am and closed at 6 or 7pm. Even if they opened at 9am, they still stopped seating for breakfast at 10:15am (which, in my opinion is too early to stop serving breakfast), so we had to go there first thing in order to eat breakfast.
The Three Broomsticks situation was the same; however, at the beginning of 2021, Three Broomsticks wasn’t even serving breakfast due to lower park capacity. It looks like they are back to serving breakfast now though.
We loved both restaurants and ate at them multiple times! I highly recommend!

That is so funny! Thank you so much for the education. I was so confused as you can tell. I was not familiar with some of those European eats. I kept thinking, “ This looks like dense bread, but it seems like a sausage to me.” Now I know!🤣🤣🤣
