Rice Paper Dumplings by You and I Can Cook

Tried making this super easy, crispy and chewy rice paper dumplings with a dipping sauce and it turned out really delicious. You can make them fully vegan with veggies like carrots, mushroom, cabbage or add the meat of your choice. Dip the rice paper in a bowl of water (at room temperature) for few seconds on all sides until they turn pliable but not too soft, so it gives you time to work with.
