That whining noise is your alternator bearing going bad. My brothers charger had a loud whining noise and after two weeks of driving it. The alternator crapped out and when I replaced it the noise went away immediately. The bearing is basically rubbing against the stator inside in the alternator causing it to worn out.

On the one on the left (passenger side) how did you deal with that hose on the back ? Mine broke I couldn’t even take it off
