My dad had angio done 3 months ago and now EF is 40 and water restriction 1.5 to 1.8l, His BP seems to be low always even though he was HTN. Should I talk to cardiologist to decrease BP meds(Prolomet XL 25 --1-0-1)? Is this because of diuretic and water restriction? Please suggest doctor

Mostly symptoms might be related to muscular pain.or anxiety. You can get echo and tmt done to confirm... Take neural vitamins and duloxetine for pain.. Or pregabalin combination with some painkillers if pain is excessive.. Meet orthopaedician or physiotherapist if pain.
