As a shy drummer, if I were to ever have a singing teacher or vocal coach, its Paul. His range is intriguing, reminds me of the styles of the 60's combined with rock--doubtful as a contralto I could hit those high ones though!. Like the professional dress too, when you're perfecting your art why not dress the part?

Paul and Ian Kewley (the keyboard player who btw, just died recently) wrote this song. Paul has written quite a few great tunes. Broken Man was another one they both wrote during this period.

Must admit I was gutted I wasn’t able to see the whole programme on BBC Four last year; features a certain ‘singer’ who (rightly) won’t appear on our screens again. Would have been nice to watch it as it’s the first Top of the Pops to air in the week I came into the world.

He was always a bit funny looking see him now omg! But legend 80's singer wouldn't have been the same, i remember listening to his "Tape" for miles and miles in my car on a long trip once back then, oh how i miss those days, there was a sense of freedom everything was just soo cool apart from getting in touch with people cell phones weren't rampant then but now we have that ability please turn back the clock it actually feels disgusting.
