You describe what England could've been in 2024 if only we kept our pride as a culture and nation. We threw away our shame and standards in favour of any and every other culture but our own. Still, cool tortoise. I love animals. The longest living animals are thought to be Greenland sharks which can live over 250 years and it is strongly believed the oldest reach between 400-500 years old.

You can't know exactly unless you have records of when it was hatched.

They know he was fully grown in the 1890s which would have made him at least 50 back then. The margin of error is a few decades.
