Dumping cleartext Wi-Fi passwords using netsh in Windows (netsh wlan show profiles)

This video shows a fun little trick that allows to show clear-text WiFi passwords of SSIDs a user connected to using netsh wlan show profiles, and a less known parameter to show the key in clear. This comes in handy when you forget a password, or need to share with someone else.

Is this blocked on some routers? I’ve tried this with my current network at the house and “key content” doesn’t show on the screen.
I am running as administrator and previous networks are showing key content.
