You had me at the spongebob moment.... lol.. Our sailing family videos are in line with y'alls humor. Well played.. wish we were in the ocean and not a lake.
Hello from DE! Great to see you back our enjoying your 26s. Are you part of the FB group? It's a hoot. Hey. How do you have your Jib Halyard deck line ran?
My halyard comes straight down the mast through a block at the bottom. I usually take it to port through another angled block back to the cockpit. When it's hoisted, I tie it off to a cleat near the cockpit. I run the control lines to the cams and the main sheet to a cam on the starboard side.
Also, great to hear you enjoy the show!!! I wish I could sail full time, but alas... I work instead. I belong to a few Facebook groups on the Macgregor and the macgregor sailboat forums, too! They're always a source of fun for me
Once I get back on the water heck yes! No new content coming for a while unfortunately. Kids, cars, jobs, school, and life have sucked my life dry of all fun for now. Stick around though, they're will be more
@@jovelimytv7495 the boom attaches to the mast with something called a Goose Neck. I outline it on one of these videos. You simply hold the boom up to the bracket and slide a bolt through. Easy peasy! And no, my faucet isn't hooked up to anything. I don't see the need right now, but someday I may make it work!

I'm sitting here at 1500' watching it snow. Your video made my day.
Glad to hear it! I spent quite a bit of my life in the snow, so I'm enjoying the sun for once!
Jake: "We're actually making good time". Amy: "Un-Huh." -deadpan.
You know me so well!

The most beautiful place to sail but an abundance of @$$hole motorboats.
