So it would only make sense to have the hall of fame in NC. How u do a driving video of Charlotte and completely overlook the panthers stadium, nascar hall of fame, stonewall, basically half the whole uptown?
Most of Stonewall was blocked off with construction and Graham was blocked in front of the stadium. Not sure what was going on there.
