I'm SO excited that this channel is now big enough to draw interest from sponsors. Support from sponsors allows me to give away even bigger prizes! I've given away cash, shoes, and now an iPhone, what other cool prizes would you like to see?? Let me know in the comments below or on Instagram here: instagram.com/nicksymmonds
Nick Symmonds yay you deserve it
@@seva6666 Thank you for saying that!!!
Macbook
Racing (and maybe winning) you would be the best prize!! :D I'm also very happy for you, you deserve sponsors for all you do for everyone!
@@user-ts7mx1qu8q coming soon!!
kinda ironic that Nick made Run Gum specifically so he doesn’t have to drink coffee and his first sponsor is a coffee company
Actually I still drink coffee every morning! I made Run Gum to replace energy drinks.
Nick Symmonds Makes sense! Energy drinks really are terrible for you.
Make an energy drink then, name it NRG (energy pun) then say it stands for "Nick's run gum"
Ben Sadowski sugar free are fine
@@nicksymmonds Go on shark tank with Rungum!
The winner was a beast on those stairs while everyone else disappeared. Some powerful legs to take the steps two at a time.
Nick: I really want to win this
Nick, next shot: i’m already gassed just walking up
hahaha I'm not quite in the shape I used to be!! :D
Where is that one dude's shoes?!?!?!?!?
What a mad man.
he's crazy!! In a good way :D
I was boutta point it out. Surprised not many people saw it.
Who cares about what kind of giveaways are there. This type of content alone is our prize . Keep them coming . Big ups 🔥💪
Thank you for saying that!!!! I appreciate your support Ivan.
Nick Symmonds you should do a video on your high school prs because I am in high school now and I want something to compare to(you are obviously better than me I just want to know
Simp
This reminds me of those Red Bull races. Epic race Nick!
It reminds me of the Run Gum Race😉 btw, Parker, congrats on 1k subscribers!!
Thank you Parker!! Thought this one would be fun. Big thanks to all the guys who showed up to make it a great race.
I love that at the beginning everyone was tapping elbows...at the top of the mountain...High Fives for everyone!!
That dude was a beast. Skipping steps.
SERIOUSLY!!!
It’s awesome he’s getting sponsors now. Bigger and better things to come! :)
Thank you for your support Jake!!!
You’d think the legendary stair technique @4:53 would pay off 😢
right?!
I really love how you incorporate subscribers in your videos. Thats a really nice thing to do and you always support and encourage everyone. You are a great sport Nick.
Never been so much into sports and running, got your channel recommended randomly one day, and I won't say I've become an athletic freak but I certainly enjoy doing some physical activity now. Also like your videos a lot , something which I never anticipated I would (not into fitness/running channels). Keep it up 👍
Very glad you found my channel! I try to keep it fun and focused on fitness.
My xc season isn’t happening. Let’s hope track is back up for me in the spring. I love 3000m
fingers crossed!!
We still get to run but the races are really limited
We get like 4 practices a day starting November and we get 10 meets, none of the fun meets though we usually do one in Tennessee (I'm in north carolina) one at night in a lit up trail, and a morning run and 10 competitions, and I dont know if we can even have state
Where you from
Luis Lopez I’m from Oklahoma
It’s cool to race with young guys on the same road when you were a child, must remind you of some good memories. You are an nice guy, Nick.
This one was great! There is not so many uphill short races, and to see runners managing strategy in this event was a pleasure to see. Keep up with this creative challenges!
The progression of the first video to this video is night and day, Nick has established himself as a 2x Olympian as well as an entertaining UA-camr but sticking to his passion.
The aerial footage was incredible great job Nick👍
The guy in the jorts and crop top looks like he's having a blast 🤟🏻
the jorts are actually real running shorts with the jorts print on them. My whole xc team got them as kind of a joke but we can wear them in some races as our uniform because everyone has them lol.
Watching this during my lunch break from online school! 🥳 Great vid!
This is legit the first YT sponsorship I've ever sat through and am interested in! Thanks Nick! Keep up the great vids!
Hey Nick you’re a huge inspiration for me! Keep spreading love!

@@rayart88 yeah i would but im only 15 haha
@@ryanfitzgerald1483 im lucky im 15 too and this park is right next to my house like 5 minutes away
Love seeing the guys run shirtless, anyway the winner suddenly got some superpower and took on the steps like it's nothing.
One of my favorite 8 mile loops here...if you know you know, and I know Nick knows😉
I am always inspired nick. He just keeps you motivated and to run as much as you can even though COVID is here.
awesome video! you should do a super tall mountain next so its all about endurance and long distance runners might have a better chance at winning!
that coffee idea is genius. Great video Nick
Awesome race! At an XC camp my highschool team used to go to we had a 4.5mi tempo, ended by stairs just like these, and then going down sand dunes to the finish line for the last 600-800m, super tough workout. Hope you’re staying safe during the fires!
Nick you should try the Manitou Incline. That is what this reminded me of.
Sick video, probably one of my favorites you’ve ever made
That was exciting to watch.
Yoo nick been waiting all week for this banger of a vid!!!!!!
hope you like this one!!
Watching your videos I got motivated and started running all over again and I m loving it, my energy levels are way too high now, thanks for the awesome content, love from India ❤❤❤❤❤
4:52 Beast mode kicks in!
Good race format, I like this and the bmx track. No one really trains for things like those.
I'm so happy to have found your channel, I'm actually to have found your channel
I'm trying to get into running as going to the gym will not be a possibility for a long time. I'm taking tips from you!😁
Smart racing👏👏👏 AWESOME video😎💯
The amount of effort he puts in his video's is truly awesome, one of my favourite youtubers!!👊🏻
One of the best things about nick is that he responds to his subs!
Such a fun video to watch!
Wow, Nick, this was exciting! I found myself laughing through the finish!
I meant the finish of the race, not laughing through the whole video, yet I enjoyed everything!
makes my day when you post
Waiting for upcoming challenge from you 🔥👍
I'm happy Nick is getting sponsors now
Nick is my favourite youtuber because he's so inspirational
I love how you hype up everybody!!! Your so energetic you should be a sporting coach, your the reason I got into sport. I now do a lot of sport like: soccer, touch, rugby league, gymnastics, tennis, softball, 3Km, 100m, and 800m, shotput, high jump, long jump and my best: swimming. It’s a lot but I love being active it’s such a rewarding feeling!
YAY!! This just made my Friday much better!! Thank you Nick for everything you do! Hopefully I'll see you in South Carolina some time!
would LOVE to visit South Carolina soon!!
@@nicksymmonds Hopefully I'll see you around soon! :D :D :D
This was real funny!!! Especially that long haired guy who was leading and later gave up 😂😂😂
Congrats on the sponsor for the vid! Your channel just keeps growing
Congrats on the first sponsor Nick 🎊🎉
I am in love with you nick. You are so humble guy. Love to watch your videos they are always entertaining ♥. Love from nepal
Great vid man..keep it up!!
I love your challenges nick
SP Crater in Flagstaff would make a great racing location. It is literally an 820 foot pile of cinder rocks and is at 7,000 foot elevation. Basically one step forward and two step backwards for an intense 20 minute workout. The best part is sliding back down!
That was Rad. Definitely would be great to bring this challenge back.
Way to represent Boise, Idaho! You guys did great running up Camels Back, not an easy run 💪
As a XC runner I love the concept and race!
so creativeeeee💯the content is marvelous💥
I really enjoy these videos
currently in class watching this
Im never unsubscribing, you never fail to make entertaining vids
Thanks for uploading something interesting(like always) so I didn’t blow up during online school!!
Smashing a high five, 2 minutes later give me that elbow🤦😂
Nick: makes coffee ad
*Run Gum will remember that*
Nick I love the vids! You gotta come over sometime, all my bros and brothers are just dying to meet you. Hit me up so we can all chew some run gum together
that dude's jorts shorts were phenomenal.
Another awesome race.
Nick I must say this. Any time I watch your videos I get a rush and have an urge to run again. It's 3 months until my cross country season starts so I need to get going now! Sadly, I live in California where the air quality is terrible right now. I might just have to sneak into my schools track and bring out the spikes ;D.
My track season was cut short however. I got 1 meet and it was over from there. But I ran the 800 thinking of you lmao. 30 minutes after the 800 I had the 3200. *Yikes*. Needless to say, the person I was pacing with outkicked me and I threw up but kept running XD
I LOVE THAT PLACE. YOU SHOULD DO A RACE UP TO TABLEROCK NEXT
I honestly thought nick had way more subscribers his videos are top quality content as if he had million of subscribers he’s really underrated!
Great vids bro!!
Thank you!!
Another awesome video. Congrats on sponsorship. You deserve it!
Great to hv a sponsored video finally!
Love your channel!
Not much for running but this this is something I would do with all my heart and all my might
very tough workout!!
Nick symonds, what a legend
congrats on the sponsorship!
I love your Videos Nick!
5:08 me at the Apple Store XD
Bro i wasnt expected that ending!!!
When do you announce meet ups? I live like 5 hours away and would love to take some time off to go
Those guys are fast!
The laace where he shoots video are beatiful
I ran in this area over the summer, the smoke from the California fires was awful. Hill repeats in the smoke would completely burn my lungs. Shout out to Azzio who ran this with you!
Who else is in online class right now?
just finished (:
Wow Do you spy on me
I still go to school
But i live in sweden so yeah
Nick, come to Vegas! We need a lift right now and your races would do the trick. Plus the air is better than most of the West now.
Let’s go another upload
every week baby!!!
Great video Nick
I've ran this hill couple times. Its really hard to go up those steps.
Actually a crazy comeback from the winner
I want to see more of the relays
Favorite runner 💯🏃🏽♂️
This is really cool!
Honestly, that hill is nothing compared to the Moniteau Incline just west of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
That thing will eat you alive...
That's a 1-mile walk, in reality; up 2768 railroad ties, almost 2000 feet gained in elevation.
I never knew I could take so long to go one mile.
It took me 1 hour and 7 minutes.
But then again the record is 16:42 for this 1-mile.
It truly is a Beast!
