Nice video and very economical with the antifreeze 👍. As an additional step, you can use the leftover antifreeze to pour down the sink and shower drains to make sure the water traps don’t freeze.

For winter time, it's kinda tough with kids due to no water and the pop top sleeping is FREEZING. It's usually just two of us in the winter and we keep it simple.
While I'm new to the Solis, I've had RV's for 35 years. I've always left some pink anti freeze in the toilet just to keep the gasket wet. Also, may I suggest taking your shower nozzle & hose into the house for the winter. I've never had the pink freeze but it does turn slushy. It's my experience that it damaged the shut off valve on the shower nozzle. I hope this helps. Did you do anything special to winterize the Truma? Thank you for the informative video!
Great ideas, thank you for sharing from your experience. I will definitely try adding pink to the toilet valve, easy step. I have left the shower hose + nozzle in the rig but maybe I’ll try that. Also, getting the pink out of the shower fixture in the spring seems to take a long time, maybe it’s easier to clean in the house right after winterizing. I may try it.
