The thing with engineering compared to something in healthcare is more like comparing government salary Vs private sector salary since engineering is more employable in private than government
I think that's true the salaries you only hear about is the ones of the few that make the most , and alot of lawyers salaries you don't hear about and being a lawyer in many cases are soulless time consuming jobs that half the time you don't win your cases and see's the worst in people with greed pride and your client being selfish or corrupt or a criminal that you know is guilty but must defend be it a client or corporation or being government
The mechanical engineer salary is mentioned here is the average, not the max. when you have a gcc factories your min annual is R1.2 mill with 5-10 years of experience. And more it's more if you have a gcc mines..
Nah, some of these numbers seem to be way off. i.e A qualified actuary with 5 years experience is getting between 1.1-1.3M per year, >20years is substantially more
Also in your mining the Kate career sign is 2020. Just constructive question because I would like to see this channel grow since there isn't good career advice out there these days. People are mostly burning money studying useless degrees just because they want to experience campus life
