Sea Fishing UK | A Very Short Session Fishing at Shakespeare Beach, Dover

I had an evening spare but had work early the next morning, not wanting to miss the opportunity to wet a line I decide to Head to Shakespeare Beach and fish the last 2 hours of the ebbing tide. As I walked along the beach I chatted to a chap from London who had just bought a setup and was struggling to get bites so I gave him some worms, some advice in the hope it would help him, and it did!
As the the light started to fade I started to get bites but they were very small and I was struggling to connect with them. I finally hooked something for my efforts and then before I knew it my time was up and I needed to head home.

You can only catch what's in front of you, a lot of effort, at least it's not a blank.

what is like to fish for squid or lure fish there day/night while your rods are out waiting for a catch?

I think the squid will show up soon and at the far end the bass fishing is good🎣🎣

You can drive down to Shakespeare beach and there is limited parking on the road outside
