I'll be honest, this one of the channels I subscribed to the fastest. I saw the EOL video first and was very impressed, turns out EVERY build here is of the same magnitude. So impressive. You're doing the things I always wished I could do in this game, but am just not good enough for.
Same for me all it took for me to sub was the iron farm. (Too bad it was in Java so now I can’t replicate it.)

Bit late to tell you but you probably should have built it on a island and get there via end gateway that way you can build iron bar farms and/or an ender dragon farm
