Ok, I was not expecting this vlog to be so monumental to me! I always love when Mentor Mama is included in the vlogs but to learn some of her self management tips was more helpful than you can know! Without even really planning it I also happened to listen to the podcast episode on pursuing God despite severe anxiety where she talks about her adhd diagnosis and I have been curious on whether I have adhd myself. Anywho, the idea of a laminated daily checklist is genius and it's been inspiring me to write down my daily tasks--now I'm trying to figure out how I can make a laminated weekly calendar to post in my room! Thanks Mentor Mama!

I love cats I have a cat too her name is baby girl after my cat passed her name was bella she passed away a few years ago my husband got me another cat he got her from the humane society in may 3 years ago
