Request them to help you with at least the documentation if not the fees for a General/Critical Skills permit now instead of waiting for the grad program to wrap up
They can, but really depends on the company circumstances. But if they offer you min standard pay as per work visa requirement you can apply yourself. Mostly before this new scheme was introduced company were usually willing to help the candidate if they don’t want to loose you. Just work towards your work well . Hope this helps

Irish person here, you can’t apply for jobs here from abroad companies don’t allow this as it’s considered unfair unless a job needs your specific skill set that they can’t get from an Irish person or eu citizen. The problem with most Indians here and why they struggle to get a job is because they don’t have enough experience they only have their education/degree but that doesn’t mean much here, we value experience over anything else.

@@abhijithmohanms5551I would say that if you want to live here long term you need a well paying job to support yourself, Ireland is very expensive, we have a housing crisis at the moment a lot of people are homeless there’s also a lot of ant immigrant protests on at the moment due to our services not being able to cope with the influx of people, there’s good opportunities in IT and healthcare but in healthcare unless you’re a doctor you won’t make a lot of money that’s sufficient enough to support yourself you willl really struggle. Rent for a 1 bedroom apartment is about 2000 euro in Dublin similar in Galway cork and limerick. I have some Indian friends who can’t wait to go home because they don’t like it here and then some people do but they struggle especially with a family. So definitely make sure you have a lot of money saved before you come here because everything is very expensive. I also wouldn’t do a masters that means nothing here we value experience not a degree unless you’re working as a doctor or nurse a degree isn’t really needed it’s about experience

In this case you will get stamp 1g if you are coming for study before. And you need to wait until your salary reaches the minimum threshold to either apply for yourself or comping sponsored visa . You either switch Job and work really good in the current job but critical visa in not possible without you reaching the min salary requirement
