Tried to get it to work but the repeater will not show up as an extension. I have the same pbx as you show running the latest firmware 1.7 I thimk it was off of the grandstream site. I am using a rd982 running 6.005.004 which is current. Phone to phone no problem but no repeater lookup. Is there a feature licensing I need for repeater or ....

Hi Joaquin, Configuration Steps as below: Step1: Upgrade the firmware of terminals and repeater to latest version R6.5, the firmware can be get from distributor; Step2: Configure the extension numbers and password for portable radios and groups in the PBX configuration panel, extension rules should follow the guide in the image; Download the image here: drive.google.com/file/d/0B8Dvct2GFASJZVBHTzVsVERlSWc/view?usp=sharing Step3: Start the CPS software and connect the repeater with computer, read the repeater's configuration and go to configuration directory : Conventional->Phone->Phone System->Phone Call, write all the group call ID and private call ID which will be registered to the PBX system. Is there a way to make this work on radios which have a DTMF keypad but don't seem to have a Telephone config option in the CPS?

Got this to work one way only, the radio can call the phone but not the other way around. The repeater seems unresponsive... Any tips?

Hello Bill Horchak, you need firmware lasted, is version v6.5 no the 6.005.004.

I had to roll back firmware on the ucm. Got it working.
which version you used in UCM ? and what version in RD ? i've RD985
