Programming a H key on a 2014 Toyota Corolla with an Autel

My 2014 Toyota Corolla was not starting with my key. Their is no key fob and the key is the only way for me to turn it on and open all the doors. So I went to the dealership and got 2 new key cut out to the VIN number. When you do this, you get a brand new key that is fitted to your ignition cylinder and it’s a perfect match. The last thing is the programming of the key.
If your key has a G carved on it. You don’t need a scanner to reprogram the key. In my case it has an H so this one. I need a scanner that can reprogram keys. I used my Autel and I showed you everything I did to reprogram my keys.

This Toyota Corolla does not have a key fob. If your key has a G under it. You should be able to reprogram the key allot easier without a the need of a scanner. My key has the H it’s a bit harder to make a copy.

So do you copied 2 keys . So in total you have 3 keys now , right ?

My older one was going out. It works sometimes but my car did not recognize a few time and it took me a few weeks to figure out exactly what was going on with the key 🔑. When I bought the car I only had 1 and I’m not sure 🤔 if the sensor is bad or the actual key is so worn out. It turns the car on after a few times. It was also cheaper for the second key so I bought 2. This problem had me looking at my car battery so I glad I looked at my Anti Theft light and it stayed on with the key. After a few try’s the vehicle turned over. I would have love to have made a video about the process of identifying a bad key. Also my car doesn’t have a key fob so my key is the only method of opening and closing the door. Also to turn on the vehicle every single day so the wear and tear on my key 🔑 was pretty bad.
