Sunday is also associated with the Mark of the beast. Turning Sunday into a day of rest does not become the issue of this mark until they make it a day of worship. And anyone who is told that they must cease from worshipping God on the seventh day and to worship God on the first day of the week, then the Mark of the beast will be implemented on the world. The Change of the day of worship is as the Papacy says: that it’s the “mark of their authority”. The issue over the Mark of the beast is over worship. Indeed, someone has even called it a PHANTOM here because of the secular nature of the world. However, we don't realize how much people are united when the regulations come from the health and climate angles. While people are busy looking at the religious laws, the devil is actually implementing his agenda from other areas. 2. Another person commented that SDAs worship a day more than Jesus. While I don't agree with the person, it's unfortunate that our own lives do not match that of our Lord Jesus; hence such an argument. For the Sabbath to have meaning, we need to have the Lord of the Sabbath in our hearts first.

Have you actually READ the 4th commandment? It tells us to work 6 days and rest on the 7th. Do you rest on the 7th? This is good. Do you work the other 6 days? You have broken the commandment if you do not.
But, my friend, the Bible does not say to rest on the day after Sabbath. We are supposed to WORK 6 days, starting with the 1st day. THE GOVERNMENT of sinful men tells us to rest on Sun Day, preparing us to accept their pagan ways.

Work free Sundays does not negate God's command to KEEP THE SABBATH DAY HOLY. Why Sunday? Why not Saturday? In Christ I have my perfect rest from the burden of sin. Come unto me all ye who are burdened and heavily laden and I will give you rest. Christ saves not in any other day.
I second that emotion. Resting on the [real] day of the Lord and Gracious Great God feels as though to put me into a better place, yet better than the grave.
The 4th commandment is talking about resting from our manual labors, weekly 6-day work to earn our bread. And then resting from those labors on the 7th day. Nothing in Exo 20:8-11 about resting from the burden of sin.
Don't get confused, what is sin? It is breaking the commandments of God, so you can't break the 4th commandment and still claim to be saved, the same way you can't be stealing and claim to be saved! Wake up child of God, stop believing in fake salvation.
What's your point here? Have you read Jeremiah 31, Hebrews 8, 9, and 10, to determine the ACTUAL contents of the new Covenant? Most folks do NOT. And when Jesus sealed the Covenant in His blood, He had never deleted the 4th commandment from that Covenant of writing HIS laws, not the laws of men and popes, in their hearts.

False. Where I live Sunday is the true Sabbath Day for Christians and the government had laws that all businesses must be closed on Sundays. You couldn’t buy groceries, go to the movies or malls on Sundays. However, several years ago, that law was banned. Now 7 days a week businesses, malls, and entertainment is opened. Sunday rest as y’all call it is no longer the law of the land. However many Christians that go to church on Sundays do not obey any Sabbath observance at all. That being said my Church, The Church of Jesus Christ observes the Sabbath Day, but on Sundays. We have a living prophet and 12 Apostles and God have revealed to them which of the days we should observe as the Sabbath Day and it is Sunday. We are not under the Old Testament. We are under the New Testament and the new Sabbath Day. However, we respect anyone who chose another day as their sabbath. The principle is more about working 6 days and resting on the 7th day, and worshipping God. So if someone chooses another day, no one should judge them. We worship, fellowship and praise God. We put away worldly activities. No household chores, no shopping, no parties, heavy cooking and the like. I’m neither Catholic nor Protestant. Besides, nowhere in the Bible does it mention Saturday or Sunday Sabbath. The calendar we use today (Gregorian Calendar) was created in 1542, long after Jesus ascended to Heaven. The calendar of Jesus’s time is not the same calendar which Jesus followed and is called the Julian calendar. Big Difference. Do some research on the 2 different calendars in Biblical times and now in modern times.

It was inaugurated on the seventh day which we call Saturday. There is not a text in the Bible for any change, no thus sayeth the Lord. (Set it aside for a holy use.) it was for man to rest from their labour, spend time with families, fellowship in worshiping Him and to help those in need by easing their sufferings. But over time, man has decided to change that day to suit what they want to do and disregard God’s command to keep His day holy without His sanction. It is interesting that the Papacy freely admits that they changed the Sabbath from the seventh to the first day of the week, which God has not sanctioned. Prophecy tells us that this will be enforced upon the world in the near future. And be a death decree upon those who refuse to comply because we believe that God’s Law on keeping His command to obey Him rather than man’s law. We must obey God laws and not man laws because God means what He says.

Hi brother Lawrence, you know what is so beautiful about keeping the sabath, after one has done one's toil for the week you can end it of directly with the given rest and company of our father, then directly after one can rest again on the sunday (firts day)or as i prefer get an head start, the beauty of Father sabath is its timing in the modern world. Have you actually READ the 4th commandment? It tells us to work 6 days and rest on the 7th. Do you rest on the 7th? This is good. Do you work the other 6 days? You have broken the commandment if you do not.

The 4th commandment is talking about resting from our manual labors, weekly 6-day work to earn our bread. And then resting from those labors on the 7th day. Nothing in Exo 20:8-11 about resting from the burden of sin.
Don't get confused, what is sin? It is breaking the commandments of God, so you can't break the 4th commandment and still claim to be saved, the same way you can't be stealing and claim to be saved! Wake up child of God, stop believing in fake salvation.

And we know that Covenant contains TEN laws. And when Jesus sealed the Covenant in His blood, He had never deleted the 4th commandment from that Covenant of writing HIS laws, not the laws of men and popes, in their hearts.

False. Where I live Sunday is the true Sabbath Day for Christians and the government had laws that all businesses must be closed on Sundays. You couldn’t buy groceries, go to the movies or malls on Sundays. However, several years ago, that law was banned. Now 7 days a week businesses, malls, and entertainment is opened. Sunday rest as y’all call it is no longer the law of the land. However many Christians that go to church on Sundays do not obey any Sabbath observance at all.
That being said my Church, The Church of Jesus Christ observes the Sabbath Day, but on Sundays. We have a living prophet and 12 Apostles and God have revealed to them which of the days we should observe as the Sabbath Day and it is Sunday. We are not under the Old Testament. We are under the New Testament and the new Sabbath Day. However, we respect anyone who chose another day as their sabbath. The principle is more about working 6 days and resting on the 7th day, and worshipping God. So if someone chooses another day, no one should judge them. We worship, fellowship and praise God. We put away worldly activities. No household chores, no shopping, no parties, heavy cooking and the like. I’m neither Catholic nor Protestant.
Besides, nowhere in the Bible does it mention Saturday or Sunday Sabbath. The calendar we use today (Gregorian Calendar) was created in 1542, long after Jesus ascended to Heaven. The calendar of Jesus’s time is not the same calendar which Jesus followed and is called the Julian calendar. Big Difference.
