My wow playing started during the burning crusade, to me my favourite time was when WOTLK was just out. That was the highlight of my wow playing days :)
I've always loved WoW. I didn't give a shit about anything! The one thing that really twist my guts is the Tree form! D= In my opinion wow is so fricking awesome I don't think ill ever get tired of it =) To me it got better and better and sooo better >=D Can't wait for Cataclysm.
i never got to play classic wow, i made my first toon around the time the trial of the crusader raid came out, so i may be missing something, but... i've always wondered why gnomes and trolls aren't shown in this cinematic
You do realize Dota 2 is based off of Warcraft 3 heroes and units, right? Sniper = Dwarf rifleman, Luna moonfang = Priestess of the Moon, Witch doctor = a spellcaster for the orc race, Bristleback = Quilboar, Earth Shaker = Tauren
Actually i wrote a wall of text to explain why the original WoW feelt Awesome and why it dosnt anymore, but i ran out of space... so to make it simple WC 1-3 were pure awesomeness + awesome lore. and then WoW was announced and you just thoughet OMG WARCRAFT IN THIRD PERSON WHERE U CAN LVL UP YOUR OWN HERO HOLY SHIT!!! and it came as you thoughet it was awesome! But you played it and played it and played it and u keep playing so you OVERPLAYED IT! until you knew everything! it lost its touch

Damn I miss teh old days. The game has improved ALOT since those days but the "epic" feeling disappeared somewhere along the line of improvements...
Back when World of warcraft actually Felt like Warcraft...I miss Vanilla....
