I don't think he should be doing these kind of videos if he's trying to lose the weight, as it could cause him to relapse back to his old eating habits like he did when he first stared doing these kind of videos. I wouldn't be surprised if he starts gaining weight again if he continues making more of these videos, but I really hope I'm wrong.
