I always wanted to eat African food. I see many videos of people eating fufu with what ever meat dish or fish dish they have....man it looks delicious but theres no fufu around here, just the Samoan fufu.

African use elegi to to make their gravy for meats and stuff, thats why their stews taste fishy. Nice. I like it. fufu is bland, if eating by itself. Eat it with the stew and soups its nice. But the concept of swallowing fufu is what gets me.
I can tell the african brother really is a chef by how excited he gets watching others enjoy his cooking, people that enjoy cooking get joy watching people eat their food.
