Rangers take note, the reaction game is the move to just farm out your own ranger wall. Reaction game is the easiest to get 10pts a game, you just have to time 8seconds and you get a timer so hit action on 7 as you feel it's gonna roll over to 8. Took me about a half hour on the reaction game to get 200pts to buy my own ranger wall and not trade two Pds.
Yeah, if you're good at the reaction game it's a good source of points. For me personally, I prefer the button mashing game because my timing is awful 😂
For anyone playing on ephinea, i do believe you can cheese the button mashing game with a remapper (yes its allowed). Just dont use a macro, but instead use something like a "turbo" option. That way all you have to do is hold down your interact button instead of mashing :)
It's maybe something I can look into, my setups won't be ideal for some players though. Not sure when I'll get chance to do it as I have a few videos already planned but if I get chance I will!
It should be! It's an Episode 2 quest under the Shop menu at Quest Counter. From what I understand, Classic is basically Episode 1&2, so I think it should be there.
@SectionSkyly Appreciate the response 👍 Been watching lots of your content, big PSO fan and I appreciate the attention and detail you provide in your videos
It doesn't seem that the goal is to get as close to the 8 as possible; rather, as close to 8 seconds from the time the SOUND plays, which is closer to ~7.5 seconds on the display.
For the timing game you definitely want to press a little early to account for the reaction time, yeah. I've always been hopeless at the reaction game so I usually use the button mashing game instead. Using the combination of pad and keyboard makes it more bearable! It's going to differ for everyone really; some people are really good at the timing game so that'll be a solid farming method if you're consistent. Others (like me) will find the mashing game easier to do consistently.
Burning rangers is the only right answer to what music i put on any quest.
I've been watching some of your guides and i suscribed. I love channels dedicated to PSO 😊 good job
I could talk about PSO all day 😅 Thanks for the sub!

Thanks for the info! Saves me destroying my controllers in the button mashing game 😂
Could you make a video guide about your ideal control setup for the game? As a long time player I’m curious. I’ve been playing keyboard only forever

Hello, I'm playing on the Classic server on Ephinia. Is this available for me?

I instantly burned out on the button mashing game. Luckily I'm insane at the reaction game and got 10 10-pts on my way to 300pt Ranger Wall :)
