I live in kentucky, but I've been following this Dalton story for over a year now and it's fascinating. How that woman stays in office is breathtaking.
She's like a modern female Al Capone. She is a living example of the fruitlessness of our criminal justice system.
It also explains one of many reasons I would never consider living in illinois.

You said Henyard admitted it, $2M in the hole? When did she say that? What was the context in which she said that? Do you have a video link showing she said that, do you have a media link that she said that?
