What fondant do you use. Mine seems to go soft and is difficult to sculpt amd hold the shape

This is a fab video just cake it!☺I find figures intimidating & quite hard to do but I've been watching your videos & you are so great at what you do, your attention to detail & they way in which you do it makes it a little less 'intimidating' even if it is easier than it looks😀thank you so much for sharing your talent, I'l keep working at them.
