@@JasonVaughan Don't worry, the tortilla was excellent, this topic of conversation is an internal Spanish war. We have a real war on what the best tortilla is and we are always battling whether to add onion or not, or if it is better, more solid or more liquid... it is something that will never end but in general most people opt for tortilla with the texture you took and with onion.
I am so excited to try Sala de Despiece. Do you know the name of the carpaccio dish you got with the truffles? If it's not on the set menu, I want to make sure I get that for sure! TY! Great video.
