Another thing is that I played on 60 fps, 7 year old DualShock 4 on a ghetto cable with hella input delay, and 70 ping for a while and was hard stuck diamond. Once I got 144 hz monitor, 10 ping, and a new controller and cable for my controller I was immediately much better at the game than I even ever thought I was, I didn’t realize how much these things really screw you over until after I upgraded. So please, don’t make the same mistakes as me, upgrade ur shit, don’t be lazy
Interesting interesting. I just hit gc1 and I've started to learn/focus on resets but I think I'm really missing this. I was always wondering how to get a good hit and I think its because I'm falling already
Gc2 here flip resets aren’t really important good to start learning but it’s def not a mist

How does your car come off the ball so easily after getting the reset? I have trouble moving my car after getting the reset, it feels heavy like a brick once I hit the ball.
Hold reverse while your tires hit the ball. It will pop you off more apparently

Bro you have so much tome after the reset to angle yourself. I been trying to thrust as soon as i get the reset. No time to airdribble into a better position to slam that thing. Thanks bro ill be trying this

My issue is I'm a fast learner but I get scared thinking I might boost too far or too low if I get rid of that mental block I would have mastered singular resets with a month or 2
That's difficult to break, which ironically is solved by breaking the mechanic down into parts. Repeatedly work on just getting the flipset, then work on flipset plus ball direction, then flipset + ball direction + car position When when you can do those fluently, the rest is up to you.

Im a GC and having issues with these still. And before i get a diamond or plat saying you can. Good for you. Bet you cant rotate or defend. So yeah idc if you can do it.... anyways im doing the air roll part but having issues getting full underneath it without bouncing off it any tips?
Good tip is to boost up to meet the ball and cancel boosting just before you hit the ball.... more you practice that, the more it becomes a feeling instead of a thought process.

Yeah im gc as well and just started learning these a few months ago i can get the reset pretty consistently now im just struggling with continuing the air dribble after getting the reset

That is actually the best tip I’ve heard bc I always get the reset and when I do scored it’s bc I’m getting the reset at the point I’m going up
