The original golden spork was a one hit until round 60. Then it was a 2 hit until round 90. Then a 3 hit until round 110. 4 hit round 120. 5 hit round 125+. The original tomahawk, Hell's Retriever, on a max charge would one hit kill until round 30. Then a 2 hit kill until round 50. Then a 3 hit kill on round 60. 4 hit until round 65. 5 hit round 70+. The upgraded tomahawk, Hell's Redeemer, on a max charge would one hit kill until round 45. Then a 2 hit kill until round 65. 3 hit kill until round 75. 4 hit kill until round 80. 5 hit kill round 85+. So the original golden spork was actually just as good as the golden spork knife, and stronger than both original tomahawks. But yes the tomahawks were more versatile.
BOTD is my favorite zombies map and this is my favorite Easter egg. Usually takes 30+ rounds to do this and you have to devote your whole setup and game to this.
Razor, winters wail as modifier, dying wish and stamina up is a good setup. Razor is good for all knife setups and is most the time mandatory for knife setups. Winters wail is literally a better widows wine it’s crazy how overlooked this perk is, dying wish is essentially a permanent extra life so long as you let it recharge. And stamina up is stamina up
@Ewzis look I get it........but it's still a hassle to get it, and better yet, most if not, all people will not do this. Because there is a way higher chance to get to a higher round without it anyway.

I’ve only ever used it once and it was for a high round strategy to get rid of warden as fast as possible and I never got it again as it’s not practical at all and if you die at the last steps it makes you rethink everything
my childhood such nostalgia me an my homie spent all week trying to find all the easter eggs to fully unlock this befor it was found out we got all the way to killing the warden/ side note allso beat the arcade version of the zombies and we beat the COSMIC SILVERBACK GORRILLA , i remember trying to scramble looking for our phones to take a picture befor the credits ended. the round ends an you beat it a round 63 if i remember correctly

This was a cool idea, I’d like to see more zombies maps with stuff like this in it. I like the idea of making the whole match about completing one of many side objectives. “Alright this time we gotta play different if we wanna get the knife.” Make a map with tons of different items to collect where you gotta focus on one if you wanna complete its upgrade quest

Absolutely, I've loved this reimagining of Mob for a good bit of time now and yeah while it sucks the golden gate bridge isn't here and the ee is bleh, its so much fun for high rounding and the new areas are fucking awesome as well.

Another contender for best melee weapon that is also on bo4 is the ballistic knives. Paired with electric cherry in the 4th perk slot, will instakill zombies forever as well as instakill the wardens and probably other bosses on the other maps as well. But with the arc slash from the melee perk those things are a total beast. I had like 100k kills on them back when I played and went to round 100 multiple times using only those.
