Old video but to answer your question about Kanata being the one who failed her stunt. No, she didn't. The long-haired girl tripped and messed up. I think Kanata was supposed to land on that girl's pillar to form a pyramid or something (it's not clear what kind of stunt they were performing) but couldn't do so because that girl tripped so Kanata didn't have anywhere to land. It's a miracle Kanata didn't end up seriously injured. But she is not to blame. In fact, if you pay attention you'll notice Hana (the pig-tails girl) noticed the long-haired girl messed up even before Kanata jumped. So Kanata was just a victim of someone else's incompetence. That been said, I'm not sure why Hana said Kanata should apologize to her team mates. Unless there's something else we haven't been told yet, there's no reason Kanata should apologize. Also, Kanata is still in her first year. The translation is crap so they made it seem like it was her second year, but it's a translation mistake. They translated "konaida" (last time) as "last year." These are supposed to be pro translators. No idea why they're messing up something so simple.
Now I want you to watch the anime "Do It Yourself!" The main girl from this series is a real walking disaster compared to the parkour girl from this anime.
