That child/Neil? is wanting his mum's hand for support then reversed he's letting go. I looked like him as child & the area with the brick wall looks the same as where I grew up & went to school in London. I let go of my mum as an adult, it would often get nasty & abusive between us. I am glad I let her go & have distance as it was toxic for so many years for both of us. It is better to give up then trying to fix it but keep hurting eachother.
