How long will the marinaded red onion last for if kept in fridge?. just love your recipes, having chilli con carne for tea tonight. I do adjust some of the ingredients for my own taste, but hey that's cooking.
For the onions, If keeping for longer than a couple of days, store in the refrigerator instead (in a sealed container). They should keep for about 2 weeks. The oil will solidify in the fridge, so you'll need to remove from the fridge about 60-90 minutes before serving, to allow the oil to turn back to liquid.
