Hi Rooksana, thank you so much for your kind words. You can easily replace the wine by water + a teaspoon of sugar 😊 Take care
Grape juice for subtitute.

Could you use the same steps for octopus salmi please?
@@malinimunnohur224 oh ya sure.. put some more chili then...
An alternative for red wine please?
You can use grape juice or some sugar water to add some sweetness 😉

Any substitute for z red wine plz?
You can replace the red wine by grape juice and water 😉Add an equal amount of both to reduce the sweetness of the grape juice. Hope this was helpful!
Is it necessary to add red wine?
The red wine adds a lot of flavour to the Salmi. However, feel free to replace the wine by water if you wish 😉
You can also add Monis or anything similar to replace the wine
Iv replaced with vinegar came out good i searched on google substitute for wine
What can be used instead of red wine? (muslim)
You can replace the red wine by grape juice or simply water with a pinch of sugar 😉
@@TheFoodiesAvenue great ❤️❤️❤️
Im making it right now, thing is I find it more like chicken in tomato curry...😔 it doesnt have the brownish colour.
Next time, you could add more cinnamon and clove powder to get a more pungent flavour and brownish colour 😉
@@TheFoodiesAvenue I thought so but wouldn't it be too spicy? Which red wine you recommend? I used Chaptalain. I guess it lacks colour!
@@lionesss06 You can use any Red wine. Go for a sweeter red wine to balance the spiciness 👍
1 salmi in cui en vitess mai pa so vrai procedure cui kumsa
Nice recipe, but i think two tsp cloves powder is too much.
Thank you! You can adjust the ingredients amount as per your taste 😊
