Back to back bangers🔥📹Keep up the great work bro!
Loved the video as always!! Can't wait for more!!!!
Thank you!!
Your videos are so damn helpful man thanks alot bro
🔥
Which bushings did you use for the lower camber arm, or would the regular pair of bushings work from the control arm? Also, the trailing arm, did you change that bushing?
does camber change anything when you are going into a curve, so without you can go faster into a curve, but with camber you cant cause you will spin out, makes sense but is that true? or are the tyres flat on the ground
Do you just loosen the diff bolts to move it or do you remove them all the way?
So for the driver side bolt to come out you just loosened the 2 diff bolts but didn't need to take them out all the way? That gave u enough room to move the diff enough to get the bolt out?
Not a crescent wrench 3:00
have you done all the bushings and rear subframe support brackets?
I liked this even though you called it a crescent wrench lol. good vid
Haha sorry I’m illiterate
body cracks under rear subframe causes people's who lift theyr cars on rear diff 100% true info
Really!
Great video, thanks for making it. I just swapped my entire e46 suspension and a lot of it had to do with your videos, so a big thank you. Your video really shows step by step and made it easy for us weekend warriors! Cheers!
Thanks for the support!! Glad we can help
You guys should post some more exaust clips of the e46 sounds so good
Will do!
🔧
Great video, but one suggestion don’t rely on those jacks, buddy of mine, car fell on top of him and left paralyzed, just be safe guys and wear goggles
How much negative camber can you add I’m trying to find a brand the give me some negative camber
With all the ecs suspension kit , how different is the ride quality from oem?
Slightly stiffer but still maintains the smooth OEM feel.
What kind of rear bumper is that?
What wheels are those? Im definitely putting those on! I am running a 330 CI, and I just put these Control Arms on and I didnt have to touch the DIFF...hmm...maybe because I have a coupe?
Possible! Make sure to get an alignment ASAP. The wheels are ESR SR08s
Your done with suspension but havent done rtabs or rcabs or diff bushings? Hit up condoor speed shop and refresh everything you can. Not sure how many miles you have, but the bushings go to shit pretty quick on the e46 unless you go poly or delrin.
Im upgrading the bushings with the ones from ECS.
Only place on A Streetcar that I like to see solid bearings is on the Rtabs.
Medium durometer polyurethane is fine everywhere else.
Avoid spherical bearings or solid bearings for any street car except for the Rtabs.
The company that makes them is bimmerworld. Here is a link to the video
ua-cam.com/video/_A6SqbMowgE/v-deo.html
At $200 they are pricey. I actually run stock Rtabs made by Lemforder( Dirt Cheap on eBay) with limiters made by Turner Motorsports.
My next upgrade is set of these these ball bearing bushings by Bimmerworld.
Like I said, this is the one place where I would run ball bearings instead of polyurethane.
Watch the video. That Asian guy Sean really knows his shit.
I don’t wanna sound like an idiot 🤣 but how do you adjust them then for more negative camber ?
How much camber do you plan on running in the rear?
I'm not sure yet. I'm going to try to fit some 15-20mm spacers
That was a open end wrench man not a crescent sorry
its a box end wrench my dude lol
Can u tell me what setup did the exhaust shop do plz
X pipe where first muffler is to a y pipe to dual tips
Are those adjustable camber arms and is so what brand
Yes and theyre CAtuned
Rear camber arms are a must on a lowered car. They are a bitch to install however. But great when you need to adjust them when getting alignment.
I got a set made by Turner Motorsports. I think most of them on the market are pretty good though.
I don't know CA tuning. Are they lower end Chinese made Company? They should probably be fine anyways.
Just avoid Chinese-made batteries and tires. I have several items made in China on my M3 and they are fine. You just need to be selective.
CA Tuned is a company from California that specialize in alot of BMW suspension components.
Yep. I looked them up. Mostly high end German stuff. Good stuff. I think their own brand is scored from China, but it looks pretty good quality. It would not stop me.
To tell you the truth, I a BIG fan of Taiwan products. My Federal tires are made in Taiwan. They are awesome. 265/35 x18 (square set up) for $89 A TIRE SHIPPED.
Taiwan metal work and welding are top. All Rogue Engineering mufflers and pipes are made in Taiwan. Great welds/workmanship.
They seem to have something for everybody and every pocket book which I like.
I like the company. Never heard of them. So, thanks. I will keep looking at what they have to offer. I just may use them sometime.
How are they holding up?
When I had it had no issues
Why can't anyone show the dam left side
Weld the diff and send it!!!
Do you plan on doing any vlogs?
In the future yes!
Say less🔥👌🏽
Did you promise the link for goodies?🧐
The description didn't update. Sorry about that the link is now on there! Thanks for the heads up!
what kind of exhaust are you running trying to do something on my BMW 00 323ci ?
X pipe where the first muffler would be and a y pipe to the tips where the 2nd muffler is
Static Works what the price for this?
What kind of BMW is this
E46
What 330?
Those are box wrenches or open end wrenches not Cresent wrenches brother just so you know
thank you!
Static Works no problem I understand something you don’t think about lol
I think I'll pass on this mod.. the OEM looks like they were made to flex with the suspension.
Same here.. I don't think it may be worth it no benefit except for camber and I'm not lowering my z4 so....
The original control arms are made of paper thin metal 😅 when u go drifting they will break quite quickly
Understood.. great video.. I'm just daily driving my z4. Will concentrate on front control arms and coilovers or shocks spring's next..
@@terrencelawrence5007 i can reccomend strong flex Red for the front control arms , helps alit with the feel of the car in cornering
Shave your face looks not so clean * gentleman shave every day and wash him self too.
you guys scare me with trusting floor jacks while under a car and not knowing the correct names for common hand tools and car parts. Please be safe
