I really appreciate the size of the tires on it, they provide excellent grip and stability on the road. Love mine.
I bought the iX4 secondhand. iscooterglobal refused to provide any support (just help information, not a warranty claim) without the original invoice number. They claim to need this but if that was the case the scooters would have serial numbers. In short there is bugger all aftersales support.
I got this for Christmas and i LOVE IT its acceleration isnt instant punch its like a smooth build up!
How do i unlock the 25kmh speed limit?

I'm strongly considering ordering the ix8, but I see mixed reviews about the company. Many people say it's fine, others seem to have horror stories. It's sorta hard to tell if those are just somewhat rare, which would be common of any company, or something more significant.
I really have no experience with e-scooters so it's hard to tell. None of these companies are familiar to me.
I have the scooter I went off roading on it so worth it for the price only bad thing is the breaks

I currently have an IX5 and have had to send it back 3 times for repairs, managed to get 100 miles on it before it broke again, contacted support and they’re sending me a new ix4, hope it lasts longer than the ix5
ix4 is the best of the range ix5 and ix6 are crap

@@yasharostad yes its a amazing scooter good acceleration and 28 mph is super fast for a scooter also the suspension is good for light off roading so it's not the best and it's not adjustable
fyi This might Not be legal in your State for use on public sidewalks/streets. Especially for more populated States have limits on motor size/empty weight/top speed. Generally to protect pedestrians. Check before you buy.

Just checked again. It does state the weight is 25kg... I recently purchased an
iscooter ix3. And the weight of that is 23.25, (according to their website). Now
the ix4 is the next model up, so I can believe it weighs 25 kg. Which ain't too bad
AVOID!! AT ALL COSTS.
i purposed a ix6 last week and it is faulty out of the box (wont turn on or charge) wont acknowledge emails or phone calls! Please read the real trust pilot reviews as they all say the same.

That is far too big for uk roads. I hate that they are changing the rules over here. if I was to use that it would sure get taken off me. love it though
i been riding minw 3 years go past police all te time my scooter now does 55,mph , its jews like you who shoul d stay awy from them , they may hurt your gay feelings and your weakness

Don't buy very poor quality everything breaks and the never answer the phone because it's only buy a voicemail and I told them my problems very week battery throttle also the didn't approve my review on the original website😅 because they didn't like it stay away
That review is so funny. You have impression he is talking about spaceship. Dude thats 450 USD cheap escooter with very basic parameters. Rubbish suspention, cheap single piston brakes. Solid rear tyre.
