- What's going on everyone, here a video to showcase Federal Signals 3-Button Controller designed for their serial communication products.
During this video, I will show you how to power up the controller and see what mode your programmed in, how to change the program and change your lightbars patterns.

@@dasarge84 Sorry for the delay, the closet video I have to showcase how to program the lightheads of the Whelen LFL Liberty lightbar is this link here, ua-cam.com/video/3CMg-m3R78c/v-deo.html. I have plans for more videos and uploading them once things can finally slow down for work, things have been nuts for a while and working 6 days a week leaves not enough time, haha.
Can't press 3 buttons to chnge the keypad what shouib i do?
The way that I have experienced to get to the keypad configuration is by pressing all three buttons simultaneously or at the same time. If you are doing that and it is still not allowing you to change the configuration, it may be locked and may need to be sent to the factory to have them unlock it and reset it up for you but from my experiences, that was very rare.
Where can I buy one of the 6 button slide switches?
you should be able to find these online used possibly on a few different online sites. Depending on your location, I know a couple different dealers in CA that have reasonable pricing on new ones straight from Federal Signal and in OR as well.

How do you program the flash patterns for mode 2/3? Only mode 1 is showing flashing
Braydan P, at least the way I have found the resource document, you would only have an option to set modes 1 and 2 or modes 2 and 3 on the same configuration...such as keypad function 3A would allow mode 2 and mode 3 and then would allow you to change patterns. If you are looking for modes 1/2/3 all on the same keypad, I would recommend a 6-Button module or you may be able to call Federal Signal directly and inquire about sending your controller in to reprogram the way you want with each button doing all modes, work-lights/take-down lights, signal master, etc.
