- We arrived at this location and what we though was just another abandoned house with a few old rotten cars.. we had absolutely no idea what cars they were until we saw the Car Company Morgan stamped on a lot of the items... we found Windscreens, body panels even x2 Chassis!!! I first went here about 10 years ago then decided to revisit fairly recently and it's not drastically changed. There used to be a couple of tractors by the workshop which have now gone, and the white van is a fairly new addition. How they got anything up there is beyond me though! I have since managed to find out who owns it and they are still alive, but like you would be fascinated to know the full story on this one
What a great find! There's a lot of money just sitting, rotting away. It's a shame that all them Morgan parts are not rescued. Great content👍✌
Good thing about Morgan cars is that the panels are Aluminium and the exhausts are stainless steel so no chance of rust unless they get contaminated by someone grinding steel over them
The old owner was probably proud of their workshop and the work they did there. To see that those two Morgan chassis' and Morgan parts have obviously just been thrown in there is heart-breaking isn't it. Just by the sound the door makes as it closes suggests that that chassis at least could still be useable even.
At 17:16 that black panel your touching is an MG Midget rear wing.

Maybe possible what with multiple stacks of the same parts that this is one of Morgan’s first workshops? He was known to be a stick in the mud and never expand, making low numbers of cars
AB16 plate is registered on a blue Morgan plus 8, still MOT'd till December 28th 2020, first registered in 1998.

AB 16 has been the registration number used on Morgan's own demonstrator car for many years.

Peter Morgan owned the plate AB16 and the vehicle, a blue Morgan Plus 8 until his death in late 2003. Prior to that he had the plate on a 1973 Ferrari 365 GT4 2+2 Berlinetta. Question is...How did one of his number plates from his car end up at this find ??? Maybe the site belongs to a member of his family who do not know about it ???

@ 00:37 on Ford are still fitting those Cargo cabs to trucks they build in the USA and Brazil after Ford stopped building them in the mid '90s.

The taillights and number plates are from the red Ford Cargo truck outside.
The motorcycle fuel tank is off a BSA 250 Starfire.Circa 1967-69.

My old neighbour used to put her towels on the washing line that had that same brown mark on them as in the caravan at 19:55!

Yes, you are (as you know) correct about the Reliant Robin it is in fact a 1975 brown Reliant Robin 748cc petrol engine first registered 15th May 1975, Tax expired in 31st March 1992 & the last V5C was issued on 2nd July 2005.
The Golf E694NKV was a while 1272cc Petrol first registered on 18th July 1988, declared SORN & last V5C was issued on 1st February 2012.
I wonder if this is somewhere in the midlands around Coventry, as both the blue Reliant under the tree and the Mk2 Golf are Coventry registered cars. It might just be coincidence of course.
Either way, an amazing find, but certainly the most creepy! I think the fact all the food and cooking stuff have just been left is what makes it strange. Someone interrupted in the middle of their day...

Love your vids but please please please... Its a Reliant Robin not a Robin Reliant! Its like saying Escort Ford. Reliant is the manufacturer, Robyn was the model. Mk2 golf, Alpine white, I was a painter for VW when they were new. Morgan never ever used a wooden chassis .. Chassis was always metal, the body frame was made from wood (Ash) same as most old coach built cars.

That 1975 Robin Reliant was originaly brown and was last on the road in 1992.
The electricity meter doesn't look that old but you found a newspaper from 2001 nice find and all the cars

Colin, I do hope you are getting your ad revenue from YT, they shoehorned 4 unskippable ads in to 12 minutes, it is making things close to unwatchable, I would use an ad blocker but feel it is unfair on the smaller guys that are trying to cover production costs and make original content

The red truck outside is a Ford Cargo, maybe the rear light lens if from that.
I'm guessing that reg PMK555X in the workshop is also off it.
I went back their not long ago shame I found the cars had gone I didn't realize you could get into the garage part I shalll have to go back have a look round as it was so overgrown in summer when I went great video👍👍

The Number plate PMK 555X is from a Ford 4.2 diesel from 1982. Model unknown. I wonder if that’s where the tail light belongs.

Saw another video this and there was more cars passed the caravan 2 fords then another one the same people come back and it had been trashed and one car was missing and stuff being taken
