Yesterday, I use the 3M SPP pad. Great results. I just want to thank you for teaching me.
That's ingenious using a carpet extractor to keep it wet and it sucks up all the stripper! UA-cam does have some good videos lol great work man!
Great job explaining everything. I just picked up a box of SPP. I'll use those in situations like that. Thanks
How long do you use those SPP's? until it's clogged? Or can these be cleaned up and reused?
Thanks
Looks great Mike!! Night and Day difference!
Looks great! SPP pads are my go-to. Have you tried SPP pads to remove urethane fortified finish (like Rock Candy from excellent supply)?
Nice job Mike
Absolutely
I use those pads as well. I also use the green brush and they seem to cut well without gumming up the pads.
For staining I don't know if many use this but I sprinkle comet then scrub out. Usually works.
Excellent video as always
Nice job Mike…
Nice turnout! Thanks for sharing
Stunning
This is how I do it
My boss always tells me to put another pad in between the pad driver and the spp because they are so thin. What do you think?
I don`t do a lot of vct cleaning but there is a huge demand for it! You gave me some good info to work with. Thanks for posting! What do you charge per sqft for a strip and wax? That looks a heck of a lot better!
I charge by the hour Ron, $200 in this case
@Mike Pailliotet Interesting. Do you charge by the hour for carpet cleaning too?
Hi what solution chemical you use for
Would definitely see this as a lot safer in the ED than stripping the wax, which gets extremely slick. I couldn’t over emphasize the caution enough. I think there’s been changes in floor options as well in EDs and ORs etc. Low Maintenance is the key. Why would they scrub a factory finish to apply wax against the installers recommendation is beyond me.
Many factory finishes junk...
