Forts is a physics-based RTS where foes design and build custom bases, arm them to the teeth and blast their opponent's creations to rubble.
Build an armoured fort in real-time and arm it to the teeth. Collect resources, develop your tech-tree, unlock advanced weapons to target your opponent's weak points, and feel the satisfaction as their fort comes crashing down.
Forts's Steampage: store.steampowe...
Love seeing portals being used in competitive matches so funny.
Punished for a greedy rush, then the luckiest nuke in the world sneaking into their base. Rough one for Monkey Air Force.
Luckiest nuke? In the second game everything was calculated by supporting nukes with firebeams.
Teutonic was eating shot after shot, there is more chance of nuke threading the needle after like 8 shots than the opposite.
@@robertfox4114 Bro, the nuke that took out the base weaved right through the smallest crack. Not saying they would have won otherwise, but that was a rough way to go out.
@@Artrysa Yes, but they were letting nukes pass by one after the other.
It's not one hail mary nuke or else the game is lost, its "lets shoot as many nukes as we can get and see how it does"
Threading the needle at 19:54 always adore those shots
Reminds me of that one video by Salzwerk where his team was winning and then the enemy nukes had ultra instinct, dodged walls of lead from the machine gunners and caused the entire top half of the base to collapse, removing all weapons, tech and a lot of mines
Hearing you say gyatt is hilarious to me for some reason
Helicopter learns why you don't sell the metal in front of your core in pros.
When I realise Im walking behind the most overbraced fort in the league: GYAAAAAAAAAAT
One of my favorite things in Forts is watching people defend their nukes from AA. The crossing fire beams to make a funnel for the nukes is just 👌
bro i forgot about you for like a year or 2 and youtube brought me back here. i missed this content lol
title moment
times really changed
GYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I love seeing the odd Hail Mary builds in these matches
Only thing it was missing was an absurd amount of mini guns or auto cannons lol
GYATT
Do you think if tuitonick would’ve survived if the nuke didn’t go above that sandbag?
Yes :( lol
at least for a few more strikes, however they were getting hit quite constantly by a lot of damage
Yeah they had solid bases with a good strat.
@@jackaagje8955the thing is they were armourdollo. So long as the struts aren't destroyed you can repair it quickly and cheaply
@@Teutonick23it's also the feature of the howitzer in a way. It has high HP so it doesn't die to that nuke hit from below and when it is destroyed, it does so much death splash damage...
I feel like that is the biggest problem with using a howitzer, if it dies you usually die with it lol
For reference, if you had a cannon in the howitzer spot, the cannon would blow up from the nuke hit and you wouldn't die there (although weaponless so not any better). I guess it's just a drawback of the howi.
Gyaaat dayum! that was brutal
I see what you did there.
Mass 20 mil works very well in a situation like game 2.
Repair bill ftw
both they and us were armordildo 🗿🗿
@@GenGrilli I stand by my uneducated yet passionate opinion.
@@calebwilliams586 oki
@@GenGrilli I liked your team quite a lot, you used the most wild strats that somehow works...
How many times did you pull out the Mog btw? Kinda funny to see lol and once you destroy a base, you go "GYAAAAAAAAT" 😂
I didn't look closely but where did you guys finish? I would've liked to see you guys make it to quarter finals but not quite.. I guess next time right?
@@Hagurmert the mog i pulled out ermmmm 3 times?
we also didnt make it to quarters mainly bc of the fact that butterdog couldnt participate in a match we had, so i had to 2v1. Although i almost won that actually i ended up losing that 2v1 so then our 100% winrate was broken, and we werent qualified for a sure quarter finals position. Our match against tar and jim bascially decided if we got into quarter finals or no but since after that second 53minute or smth long match we had against tar and jim, dog bascially gave up so in the third match he wasnt playing serious at all xd just going "kill me, i wanna die, i dont want this anymore" xdddd he DID NOT enjoy that 1 hour match on balls 2v2 xddd
That shredder snipe tho
Great teamwork from team G.
whos team G
I wish Forts would put in a weighted sticky weapon. Pretty simple. It's a weight you fire at a fort to add weight to the front of the fort to bring it down. You would have to delete the piece it lands on.
Idk man gangar’s base looks a little sus
Teutonicks base literally cracked in half like the Titanic
That game 2 nuke was one In ten thousand. Insane
oh those nukes you see like once every 10 matches tbh
theres more clips of drunk nukes doing illegal nuke stuff than theres clips of people playing certain commanders
Interesting, I just started playing around with portals and missiles for the first time yesterday and then I see this. I wasn't sure it could work in a competitive match with a human opponent.
I'm willing to bet they practiced that strat a lot to get it to that level of viability.
Using a fire beam to protect the nuke 24:00
Why are team Gyatt's ground bases always tilted over? Are they bad at building bases or is it intentional BM to mess with their opponents?
i think it is more of a center of mass thing, it make the base harder to collapse if you destroy the most forward support and allow more weight on the front of the base
its for more stability. when u tilt it back like that and build the base around it, later u get a ton more weight u can use on the front for woodspam (instead of stressing the wood from normal to stretched/compressed depending on which strut, u now stress it from compressed to stretched/ stretched to compressed which is 2x as much weight allowed for wood spam)
@@dragon10086 i aint reading allat
@@GenGrilli tldr more stable -> more woodspam weight it can hold
@@dragon10086 i aint reading allat too
what happened to danke merkel i have been away from the first scene for quite a while
Nothing happened to them. They still play. In fact, they are participating in the current pro league season, albeit under a different name - "Fortified".
i see gengar went for the amogus rush underused strategy imo
well that was fast XD
I like you're voice
Thank you!

Is that Chinese for "hello"?
Teutonick not taking over his teammates mines in the first one was a grave error.
