These hitches are a cool design to dampen the ride and well built too however these should never be used towing heavy weights over 5k-6k because of the fact that a weight distribution should be used to keep a normal amount of weight on the front wheels for emergency turning and breaking. It would be an amazing hitch if they incorporated a distribution system. Hopefully they develop one.

They do, in fact, make a Boss system with a weight distribution shank rather than the multi-receiver setup. Waiting on delivery of one I purchased. During our last 1500 mile road trip, I saw my kids in the 3rd row of our Navigator getting bounced somewhat hard for pretty much the entire ride. I didn’t feel any of it up front, but seeing them getting shaken like they were the whole time in the rear view mirror made me purchase one.
This hitch is just an isolator shank. Any WDH can be used with it. Just connect as you normally would to the 2, 2.5, or 3 inch receiver on the GenY hitch.
They do make a Boss Weight Distribution shank similarly designed to this one, but rather than the 4 receivers like this one has, it’s got the flat shank with the proper hole spacing for a weight distribution head to mount to.
I purchased The 32k boss torsion. It is the best I have ever seen. The price was nearly $1200, its worth every penny.

You sure about that 1500lb tongue rating? I just ordered the 10k model too. Says it has 1100lb tongue rating
