What tool do you use to check market's saturation level?

We use several - Radius, Yardi, Google Maps, and more. These will never provide all the info we need to make a solid decision, but it's enough of a starting point in most cases.
Pro tip: if you cross reference listings on say, Radius, with Google Maps, facilities that don't have good websites or maybe don't even show up from a search - these should be investigated! Could be a good deal
