MO1 & 2 player here, recently came back to MO2 and am so glad to videos like these covering the (imo) best MMO. Loving the content and coverage, and hope to meet you on your travels someday in Nave :)
@@Br4vado Things are treating me well, recently convinced 2 of my mates to try it so I rolled an elemental mage, travelling around Myrland in search of spells just feels amazing. Met some great people along the way too. The feature of allowing people to ride with you on horseback is also really neat. Game has indeed come a long way, and if the updates keep up like this it'll grow so quickly! Can't wait for Sarduccaa either now that weather has an actual influence Hope things are treating you well as well, fellow Mortal
Cant complain, i will complain but its all good so far haha got 3 more videos lined up but no real eta as im still in recording phase Got it scripted and voice lines out but now just trying to gwther footage
If you have the extra points in your build to butcher for scales and meat yes! Always butcher that's where most of all your money will come from. However always check the broker first or talk to your guilds Armour crafters of what scales they are looking for or buying. Check buy orders on the broker. Fish like silkrays/sandrays/venomcaps/mooncaps are great vendor fish. I have a more in depth guide/adventure coming sometime in the next few days Other fish like blue sorex, Thessal snake, and a few others are good to sell as bait Bloodkua, is the best health food in the game and be eaten and sold as whole so do not butcher it (or test if the meat is better than the fish) but it does not get cooked or does not need cooked or butchered Skullkua must be butchered for meat because it's poison but is also the best mana food Turtles are often sought after for the scales or carapace they butcher for, for very good Armour Check my links in description for a fish list on how to catch certain fish :)
Coming back to MO2, appreciate your videos a ton, hard to know whay starvault has and hasnt updated yet... See ya in Nave, eventually! LucienBlackheart
Thanks for checking it out! I stream every thursday/Friday 9am est unless posted differently via community tab! Currently working on a university guild in game so hope you stick around!
Thank you for watching! Make sure to check my other fishing video and subscribe for more to come. In the adventure videos I go in depth of each fish and how to catch them. Now if only I didn't work 60hrs a week to put them out quicker haha I also stream every Thursday 9am est!
Its on the list and definitely something i can squeeze out! If your new here, i work alot of videos are inconsistent sadly but i am still as active as can be with a full time job. I will do a meduli fishing guide u can catch rays and turtles there. Have any other fish suggestions to add? Cristula would be a good one also
@@Br4vado Maybe some tips for the task's the local taskmaster gives, and showing the location of them? popular fishing spots and their max depth and type of fish that can be caught would be nice, but that's quite a bit of work. Cristula, LTS (very important as i've noticed lots of new fishermen struggling with this snake) or any other of the starting fish. Then i'd move onto turtles, rays and skullkuas as many of the things you catch in the lower weight/hook catagory can be used as bait for the bigger ones. I've been steadily watching your content and appreciate all the guides, there can never be too much content to help the new and old players alike
@@AmishMinister I really appreciate that and you can count on a video coming. Thank you for the ideas I'm glad you enjoy my channel, I. Also opened a Guild to help. New players with guides that I have not made yet
Im not at the pc right now as im currently at work, so specific animal lore idk off top of my head. But generally u want to butcher all the fish u get that will unlock all the basic scales and then look through the profession skills page from there. Im not sure if pansar scales r unlocked through action or through book only. Also look for reptile carapace as u get that through turtles.
Ya the real good stuff is "legendary catch" and I guess I should have said nerfed not buffed haha But it is more rare now and not as often If you are trying to go for amulets best to run dungeons or farm outlaws and maybe the trolls (not too sure about troll drops) To fish amulets use blue sorex and fish 95-90% off the bottom If you are 1100-1200cm+ Turtles will enter loot pool otherwise it's just trinkets and sticks

is it best to sell the fish or should i always butcher first?

Can i get all trinkets through fishing?
In a sense yes but someone mentioned during one of live streams that they buffed it to make it more rare for the better ones
@@Br4vadoOK, cause ive never Seen Something Higher than silver
