    For anyone that wants the best food, there are only 3 recipes you ever need to know. Make food with maximum lores, otherwise your nourishment values are way lower (have a friend with botany skill cook your stam food, everyone else should have animal materials).
    HP: Springbok meat cooked in a cook pot (Single ingredient)
    Stam: Any grain (spelt, rye) cooked on a turnspit (single ingredient).
    Mana: any teeth (molarium, incisium, etc) cooked with water in a cookpot (try like 10 teeth with 90 water, it doesn't really matter)
    Eating only what you need of each is more efficient than trying to cook things together and getting lower overall returns, and processing like grinding flour is not worth the reduction in volume to increase your nourishment by a small amount.

      Thanks for the comments and words of advice! And ty for watching the recipes I was using in the video was for demonstration of how the tools work.
      There is a discord in the description to a cooking/alchemy society actually trying to figure the system out but I'm going to pin ur comment as it is helpful and again thanks!

      Fermenting Ironwood, gives ~300 mana reserves compared to the 200 mana reserves of teeth food, just as a heads up.
      The Cooking pot seems to be best for Health Nourishment
      The Spit is best for Stamina Nourishment
      The Fermentation Jar is best for Mana Nourishment
      While I heard that whitewood had healing properties in MO1 as well, it seems Spongewood has it in MO2?

      Let me say the examples I was using on the tools are not a actual recipe it was for demonstration of the video. There is a discord link to a alchmeny/cooking society of people actually trying to figure it out haha

      Ill be putting out a video soon explaining my absence of mortal but for now my life over the last two months have just been stressful and busy.
      Im getting dental work done tmrw 😩
      But as far as mortal go i do owe everyone a video explaining why i havent made a video in so long. Its part company, part community, and part time demands between work, actually playing mortal, and content creation

    If this game had better devs and a lower price I would definitely be playing it. Tis a shame.

      It goes on sale and may currently be on sale for $23 on steam.
      It is cheaper on g2a.com on sale currently at $18 but it's also $23 roughly when not on sale. But someone sent me a link to this kinguin.net website where u buy a account with it. Apparently it's more cheaper.but I haven't used I may because I need a 2nd account to continue different parts of my field guide project.
      The devs, idk I don't have a issue with em, but I also don't dive that deep into it. They r 6 people in Sweden that's all I need to know. Tc is coming soon, and they have alot to add from mo1. What I personally can't wait for is breeding and thievery.
      But seems like u have your mind made up. Anyway hope this helps, and hope u give it a try! Thanks for watching, I live stream every sunday/Monday around midnight EST

    Is there a recipe that gives you HP regeneration overtime, or is it all just like applying a bandage ? Like a chunk of hp healed

    • @Br4vado
      @Br4vado  10 місяців тому

      Yes! There is healing over time recipes! There is also bandaid food I think but "HoT" food is a huge part of life in this game mostly used for pvp and long war campaigns.
      There is a discord link in the description to a community of alchemist and cooks trying to learn the ins and outs of the system as a whole. I'm sure u can find your answers there!
      Another thing I've learned after rh video is its based off averages so one ingredient is 100 health and another is 50health u will make something around 75 health
      (for simplicity) also u can fish blood kua it's the best health food in the game, can be eaten raw like sushi. 👍
      Thanks for watching!

    I don't get it, these are the worst foods i never seen, what is that guide ?

    • @Br4vado
      @Br4vado  Рік тому +1

      As stated at the start these r not real recipes but only to show how the tools work with the ratios
      There is also a discord link in the description for a achlemy/cooking society that can further help people
      At the end of the video I give basic recipes the point of the game is to experiment and explore.
      Thanks for watching

      Ya I just don't wanna ruin the fun of discovery as it's the main selling point and get the community to turn against me lol I want to provide the stepping stones and help people get started in what they want to do
