I just did it, I don’t think a video needs to be made about it but you just need to remove the tattoo, the facial hair, change the eyebrow to the first option to the right, change the body thing to something more saturated and darker, and maybe decrease the eye size and width. They don’t have a similar hairstyle so it will always look a bit more like old Mike Tyson since he was fully bald back then while young Mike Tyson had hair.
Why i can't choose a traits, i dont have start points..
You probably used up all your starter points on your stats, you got to take off some of your points from your stats before you can have some to use on your traits

trait selection is not an option how do you have that
Trait selection can be done if you have 5 or more points remaining after fixing your stats. If you already choose the stats presets or you use all your points on your stats, there’s nothing to use for trait selection. If you take out some stats points from your stats you can use them for traits.
