bought these last week and i've been balling in them. They're comfortable shoes and you still get good court feel from it! 10/10 would recommend

Dime Slinger Definitely pay homage to adidas heritage while looking toward the future.
Little did I know these would end being (and still are) my favorite hoop shoes ever.
Wish I would have bought as many pairs as I possibly could lol.
It's definitely reassuring that they paid so much attention to the small details regarding the functional design of the shoe.
How do they perform outdoors? Do you think the compound will last long?

Geo Sebastian it last a good amount of time because the groove are kinda deep
I balled one weekend (like 1-2.5 hrs a day) with these outdoors and they still kept the grip, and the rubber was worn down, but not too worn down. Would I recommend? Not really if you want to keep the shoes for longer than a few months, but if you don't care, yeah
fuck kd would it be the same for an outdoor court as opposed to a road or driveway the court is smooth with little grains

Break-in time was super uncomfortable for me. During my first few games I felt like my heel was slipping out just walking around, and the leather toe box area was pretty stiff. After I broke them in though, the heel area molded nicely and the upper molded to my foot really well. I'm sure my second run in these guys will be much, much better.
I can't wait for these, I think the best colorway so far is the cargo or the black and gold colorway that was leak today.

Gret vid as always! I tried these on earlier and they felt good to my foot at first wear. It felt like KD8 with the Boost. My only hesitation is how well do these perform outside on smooth and rough finished courts? Whats your opinion taking these outside? God bless you.

When I wear KD 9s I never ever slip. I wore these and I slipped. Went back to the locker room and changed back in to KD9s. Guy in the gym got them on the same day. He slipped. We're both 200 plus pound slashers. You can't slide in basketball shoes. It's a deal breaker for me.

EMD nsgarro Hmm. I think the crazylight boost 2016 are your best bet. Get one that doesn't have a white or translucent outsole though so you get continental rubber. Go 1/2 size down. On sale rn for under $100. You're welcome. Next time check out Weartesters.
would you say the upper on this colorway is kinda like the same knit material used on the clb 2015 playoff PEs harden got? even the color blocking looks the same

Samuel Lim Why wasn't it a concern when you started watching my channel then? adidas has gifted me almost every hoop shoe since the original crazylight. I've never had my opinion swayed by a gift. That would be suicide for my reputation. I believe we've had this conversation already, yet you keep pressing the issue. I have not accepted any money in exchange for positive reviews -- or reviews in general. Some brands genuinely appreciate the feedback in the reviews and continue to show support by providing a pair. Some brands are the opposite and assume that because they gave the shoe to me for free that'd I'd give the shoe a better review. Those brands no longer send me product. Which I'm fine with. I review the products whether or not they're paid for out of my pocket or not. If you wish to think of my reviews as being biased then you may. Just don't get upset that I think you're a complete moron for doing so.
Nightwing2303 its OK, I'm not upset, but thanks for clarifying. I wasn't aware that they were gifts until recently. I believe there is nothing wrong accepting gifts, but imo appropriate disclosure on individual review video is important, I.e. Under Amour Curry 3 video, where you started off the detailed look video thanking ua.
I got them today (after I amazed myself for preferring these on foot more than the kyrie 3, dame 3, curry 3, UA controller, Kobe 11, and Cp3.x (though thats a close second. Just that cushion and that it's SO HARD TO PUT ON! makes the hyperrev feel easy)
I really like these, EXCEPT that I get painful pinching front the plastic reinforcing the first eyelet by the toes. Such a small thing but a big dig each step. Hoping that'll go away with break in. I will say for how heavy the shoe is, it doesn't feel bad on foot. It's weight is balanced nicely.

How is the step in comfort? Is the cushion set up similar to that of the crazylight boost 2015?
Oh man. I was so engrossed with the Curry 3 that I forgot that these are gonna drop soon... Ugh. In your opinion, with the Curry 3's funky insole/cushion (imo), will these provide more court feel compared to the C 3's?
Jarrod Castillo curry 3s were pretty much a downgrade tech in my opinion bc I actually loved the 2.5 and the futuristic look but the 3 was sad and almost made me cry
Mathew Garduno I'm the opposite on it. The cushioning is so much better on the 3's, traction is improved. The only qualm is the fit around the ankle; no matter how tight I laced it, there would still be some space.
Hey nightwing, when i tried on the harden's, the independent toe cap kinda pinched my foot, will that break in? I love the boost set up tho.

Hows the weight on these? I didnt like the drose6 due to its weight. I know harden 1 is a low top but i feel like the boost is whats causing the shoe to be heavy...
