Everybody expects him to be drilling hard heavy bars every song. And honestly the album is growing on me. From listening to drake for over 10 years and most of his other albums, this album is a solid 7. Not great but not bad. It’s alright. But not as bad as you guys make it seem.

Drake is the kind of success story that encourages me as a underground artist with a small following. Seeing how he’s developed his skills and slowly blown up after seizing each and every opportunity he’s been giving has been inspirational! Mans has quickly become a mainstay in the industry and for good reason. Dude is too nice! I know if I put in the work, I can reach a larger audience some day too, but for now, I’m happy being a supporter. My turn will come too. Salute to Drake🔥
I like to listen to both Kanye and Drake. IMO Donda was good and, I seriously don’t know why, but I laughed throughout most of CLB. Might be the weed and I think both will grow on me.
Finally someone that doesnt say this is trash or that is trash, u can just appreciate the music from both and dont like certain songs. People treating this like a life or death choice
I don’t care what anyone says this album is fire. I’m not even a big drake fan but this brings back the old drake that I used to love (albums after CLB have been mid) everyone can have their own opinions tho, if you don’t like the album then that’s fine just don’t act like everyone isn’t allowed to disagree
At first i listened to the album and thought it was mid. mainly cause i was influenced by the Internet. but it grew on me and i listen to this album way more than donda. clb has way more replayability than donda. i loved donda at first but than it got boring.
I never understood why people get a Drake album a look for bangers. If you listen to "So Far Gone" the mix tape that put him on then you will understand that's him. Now he can Rap and have fast beats and when he wants to. But thats not him and never have been. Its called "CLB" Certified Lover Boy. You got Da baby, lil Baby, and more if that's what you want. But you just supposed to chill relax and relate to what he saying. Now if you can't relate to this situation or the females and relationships stuff he talking about them I guess I understand why you don't like it. But when he says the exact stuff you be thinking or situation you been through it hits a lil different.

Fam he can't sing that's the point bruh the autotune messed it up and him making a love song wasn't hitting maybe for the girls but they weren't doing much for the album, most of the features carried fam he ruined what kid Cudi did no cap my opinion though
Ong man was straight up hating half the melodies lmfaoo i fws shaq but this reaction wasnt it
@@mikk6340 kid cudi is ass that’s straight auto tune , some of the songs is drakes actual voice and his flows like his old flows
@@DBurkeylife yeah but it was the same flow over and over repetitive Shaq was being honest it doesn't click kid Cudi autotune was good until drake stepped but yk what y'all his fans no arguments
just came back to listen to this again and Shaq was trippin album is legendary. it was first listen so i get it
How old u is ?
U speaking fax my boy
Fax I didn’t like it first listen but now i love it. It’s crazy how shaq hated on drake like this tho kinda weird imo
@@kage5162 It’s His First Listen 💀 You Just Said You Didn’t Like It Your First Listen Either. Stop Contradicting.
Shit is NOT legendary
bro was hating just to hate. it was HEAVY on You Only Live Twice. He was loving rick ross but as soon as Drake said “yeah” he was straight face hating it. Doesn’t even make sense. Just say you only like one kind of song and accept the fact you can’t enjoy different/creative music.
Literally, that is my favorite track too
@@lialuvsdeftones my personal favorite is f*****g fans, but bro the hate is nuts.
Lil Wayne was the best feature on the album
Obviously.
Durk
@@johnathanwilliams3695 nah Wayne
I fw the album heavy, he tried new things and new sounds and ad libs, most people will hate just cuz it isn’t their cup of tea but new sounds is all I wanted from the goat 🤟🏼💯
New!? Where!? This was absolute old played out bland Drake. I was really rooting for him but he failed ngl
Why you giving the album false hope I ain’t listening to this ever again bruh
@@Gerti12738 did you fuck with scorpion?
Y'all stupid asf CLB is a mix of all his mf sounds from all his previous projects
bro what, the only new thing i heard was that wack autotune on the last song i think
Honestly the hate is just unreal. Drake don’t need to prove anything no more. I’m can assure you he wasn’t even trying close to his best. Everybody expects him to be drilling hard heavy bars every song. And honestly the album is growing on me. From listening to drake for over 10 years and most of his other albums, this album is a solid 7. Not great but not bad. It’s alright. But not as bad as you guys make it seem.
This album is Fireeeeee !!!! Well Balanced
As all things should be
This reaction aging terrible lmao he followed chat and kept hating to hate lol. Bro was clowning knife talk like it was trash
Shaq been a closet Drake hater, no wonder that boy getting calls from interscope now 😂
This album was far under my radar and I’m just now recognizing it for the first time pretty much. The amount of hate is crazy this album is amazing I love champagne poetry and a lot of other songs fire fs 🔥
This album aged like fine wine a classic
Shaq the biggest drake hater I seen bro. Never have the album a chance. One bar into the song and he hating.
shaq was gassing it in the beginning
champagne poetry was so tuff he was also gassing it but as he kept listening it that album was losing him and I feel him tbh.
He loved it at first but when he realized it was the same thing over and over again he got tired of it. I would too
y’all taking this album way too serious. look at the damn album cover. it’s drake on his toxic shit and i honestly fuck with it.
Drake completely destroying is verse on Fair Trade
Shaq: "This one aight"
DrAkE gEtTiNg CaRiEd By FeAtUrEs 🤡🤡🤡
right bruh
Champagne Poetry
That's all I gotta say.
If he thought this was bad can't wait to see his reaction to "Honestly, nevermind"😂🙏
🤣🤣🤣🤣 I can’t
😂😂
Cause the album is ASS
Drake is the kind of success story that encourages me as a underground artist with a small following. Seeing how he’s developed his skills and slowly blown up after seizing each and every opportunity he’s been giving has been inspirational! Mans has quickly become a mainstay in the industry and for good reason. Dude is too nice! I know if I put in the work, I can reach a larger audience some day too, but for now, I’m happy being a supporter. My turn will come too. Salute to Drake🔥
he really on drakes tip, cause this album was by far the best album of that year
Fair Trade is my favorite song on the Whole Album. I like when Trav comes in going ham
Travis verse was soooo baddd
He fucked up the whole song

Thank you
Album still not that good imo but some of the songs are decent can't lie
Hell no it ain’t especially with the recent events 💀
@@Midnight_Rubyyeah but it ain’t classic or legendary status lol
I like to listen to both Kanye and Drake. IMO Donda was good and, I seriously don’t know why, but I laughed throughout most of CLB. Might be the weed and I think both will grow on me.
Fair Trade best track on album, sample fire, bars la flame , voice perfect combination
Looking back at it this aged way better than donda
It’s crazy reading the chat on how hated this album was. Everyone loves a lot of these songs now
Right shit a classic now
You can't deny Fair Trade went hard
This album aged well tbh
Not a single person I know in real life or online bumps this album
The hate on this album was so forced because wtf😭😭
Ngga just hopped on the hate train. dude was hating on the knife talk intro LMAO
Donda and CLB were some of the best albums we got in 2021 hands down they both have some flaws but had some bangers.
Fighting demons
Finally someone that doesnt say this is trash or that is trash, u can just appreciate the music from both and dont like certain songs. People treating this like a life or death choice
Features on both albums were fire AF.
@@biscoti facts
Yeah man, the only reason CLB really caught all the hate was bc of it being compared to donda.
They actin like the album not called CERTIFIED LOVER BOY 😭😭😭

this album really aged well i think everysong needed multiple listens
This was made for the ladies. Couple of songs were tough but overall... This wasn't made for the rest of us
I don’t care what anyone says this album is fire. I’m not even a big drake fan but this brings back the old drake that I used to love (albums after CLB have been mid) everyone can have their own opinions tho, if you don’t like the album then that’s fine just don’t act like everyone isn’t allowed to disagree
Bro commenting 2 years later 💀💀💀, but I love CLB too, honestly nevermind and her loss had some bops, and I also really like FATD
Fair trade will be in the list for song of the year!!!!
At first i listened to the album and thought it was mid. mainly cause i was influenced by the Internet. but it grew on me and i listen to this album way more than donda. clb has way more replayability than donda. i loved donda at first but than it got boring.
Can’t agree more
Dondas 30 tracks and alot of them are great first listen but you dont go back.
Me: Mom, can we have Drake?
Mom: We have Drake at home.
Drake at home:
😂Try chicken
The song "Papi's Home" remember me a lil bit of Dru Hill flow... 90' stuff.. i like it
I never understood why people get a Drake album a look for bangers.
When shaq said knife talk was trash I knew he was tweaking lol
It is. It’s literally how he described it, “weed sticky something something got a hickeyyyy.” 💀 and drake on his sus shit saying it’s “oppy outside” like bro doesn’t have a single ounce of gangster in him.
