So helpful. But what happen if the files tranfer to another onedrive or folder. Still can review the changes? Because recently my company revised the onedrive storage from 1tb to 40gb. So I have to clear the space by move it to personal acc. 😢

If original file is moved, the link will fail.
In your case, if you want to retain files on O365 and NOT move them to personal account, just create a Team in Teams and put the files there.

Iam auditing data in excels..but some thimes they manipulate data and give..its hard to find bcos its showin error such as some track chnages cannot be recovered..they shared files thru one drive pls suggest

If it is Office 365 Excel or browser version, you can right click on any cell and choose Show Changes.
Changes can be seen at cell, range or sheet level.
