- The Metro Nightclub in Saltcoats, one of the most iconic rave venues in Scotland, is currently being refurbished and renovated to bring the Oldskool Vibe back to all you ravers.
To help raise funds for the extensive work needed, Uproar Scotland hosted our biggest live stream to date for our 4th Birthday Party celebrations live from The Metro Nightclub streamed direct on Facebook.
With Oldskool legends Chill FM, Marc Smith, Technotrance, DJ Obsession, MC's Clarkie, SAN-D and many more.
We managed to raise £1,465, to help support the refurb @ this historic Ayrshire venue for one more night of Metro Anthems and many more to come in the future and also to help support Uproar Scotland for our 4th Birthday Party and to help us continue bringing the vibe to all the Uproar Scotland Loyals.

If billy reids kicking about that would be some set, in the metro or no. if there's no nights like this, when its open, that'll be gutting. Fair play to yaes though, especially jemma with the vocals for rock the beat and I Believe I can fly.
Coming back to this a year later, its still class but funny to me because i have every tune in this set, including the knowledge. Shame Del & Jab couldn't make an actual appearance.
One of my Favourite P.A's from my youth, just not the same buzz anymore without Del on the mic.

But he’s not down south is he. A can tell ye the now that not one of your mcs down south have put the effort in he has and for the amount a time he’s been in to the genre. He’s had almost every top mc from down south at his uproar gigs in Glasgow. Plus I don’t think any of your mcs would be any good along side a Scottish bouncy set done by a glesga pa.
