Device for emptying bags with plastic granules.
Once a full pallet is loaded and the machine cycle is initiated, the top layer of bags is lifted by a motorized gripper and transported to the hopper area. Before reaching the hopper, the bags are precisely cut by powered cutting knives, allowing the granulate to be discharged into the hopper. The bags are then shaken to remove 99.9% of the remaining plastic residue. Finally, the empty bags are disposed of in a bin located outside the depalletizer.
